For her milestone birthday, Caroline wanted to spoil her loved ones and provide a dining experience like no other. The scene was moody in pink, with a unique photo backdrop, flowers, cake and champagne. The guests were greeted with an all-you-can-eat oyster bar, followed by an exquisite 3 course dinner by award winning chefs. On each guest plate was a personalised gold mirrored letter from Caroline, describing her cherished memories with them, and how grateful and blessed she is to have them in her life. Each guest left feeling so touched and awed,  and there is no doubt they will keep talking about Caroline’s unique celebration for years to come.
